Vila Ankora, Miskovici, Pag island
Facing the sea, the Vila Ankora *** is at the entrance of the island of PAG in northern Dalmatia. It contains 10 bedrooms or apartments and a terrace restaurant.

You can also head to the small pebble or sandy beaches in one of the numerous inlets accessible only by boat.
If you prefer a more summery environment: Povljana is 15 minutes by road and offers superbe beaches near shops.
The Vila Ankora has the advantage of being at the entrance of the island of PAG, which is accessible by bridge.
From such central point, you can, therefore, visit not only the beach but also include a wider range of surprising and educational tourist activities.

All sites below are accessible by road.
- Less than 30 minutes away: PAG, to the west, the main town on the island. Picturesque, almost completely pedestrian, it has its traditional costume carnival on 30 and 31 July! ZADAR, to the east, a fortified town, shows signs of not only Illyrian, Ottoman, Venitian but also Austro-Hungarian influence don’t miss its marine organ!
- Less than one hour away: the Krka valley and its multiples waterfalls, with clear water for swimming in; Sibenik and its superbe Saint Jacques Cathedral; Trogir, Unesco world heritage site (set aside one day to visit everything); Split and the remains of Diocletian’s palace.
- As well: it would be a shame to be so close and not do a 2, 4 or 6 hour walk in the last remaining natural forest in Europe: Plitvice and its 16 successive, cascading, lakes, each one more emerald green than the next! (approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by road).
